Activity Resource Estimating Process

The abovementioned process falls within the 'Planning' process group of the 'Time Management' knowledge area, as per PMI PMBok.

The Activity Resource Estimating process involves determining HR, material and/or equipment resources, as well as the quantities of each resource that will be needed and when each resource will be available to perform activities. The Activity Resource Estimating process and Cost Estimating process are closely coordinated.
