Integrated Change Control Process

The Integrated Change Control process is performed throughout the project lifecycle and involves controlling factors that create changes and to ensure that the changes are advantageous to the organization, verifying that changes have occurred, and managing the changes - i.e. reviewing all change requests, approving or denying changes (or requiring additional information), thereby controlling changes to the deliverables.
