The Perform Quality Control process involves monitoring specific project results (including deliverables and scope) schedule and cost performance, to determine their compliance to specific quality standards and identifying potential resolution to unsatisfactory results. Project quality standards include processes and product goals.  Quality Control includes taking action to eliminate causes of unsatisfactory performance.
