Risk Monitoring & Control Process

The above mentioned process falls within the 'Monitoring & Control' process group of the 'Risk Management' knowledge area, as per PMI PMBok.

The Risk Monitoring & Control process involves the identification, analysis, planning and tracking of new risks, constantly reviewing existing risks, monitoring trigger conditions for contingency plans and monitoring residual risks, as well as reviewing the execution of risk responses while evaluating their effectiveness. The process employs techniques which includes variance and trend analysis.

As this process continues throughout the project life cycle, RobustPMSM offers the Risk Management Implementation service to facilitate the successful implementation of the Risk Monitoring & Control process.
