RobustPMSM facilitates the adaptation of existing organizational resource roles and responsibilities for optimal management of projects.

It is RobustPMSM's experience that many failed projects are due to existing organizational resource roles and responsibilities which are incompatible with project-based environments.  Although skilled resources are critical, project success also requires well-defined and properly communicated organizational roles and responsibilities within projects.

RobustPMSM evaluates existing organizational structures and identifies those HR relationship issues that are currently, or may in the future, impact project success directly. Typically, in a high percentage of cases, these issues are the result of the organization not effectively communicating roles and responsibilities to that resource and to others with whom the resource will interact. Issues may also be due to the fact that the resource decides for him/herself what their roles and responsibilities are. In either case the result is that "everyone thinks someone is doing something" and/or "someone is doing something incorrectly and which they should not have been doing anyway" - resulting in project management chaos!

By facilitating the adaptation of appropriate organizational roles and responsibilities to resources, RobustPMSM enables an effective "project relationship environment" in which all parties are made aware of what they need to do in the pursuit of a successful project outcome.
